Spotlight: Obakki Foundation

{Received a wonderful e-mail from the Obakki Foundation yesterday asking whether I would bring awareness to raise funds for an orphanage in Cameroon, Africa. Children who lived there were asked what makes them happy, sad and afraid. Their answers can be found on a series of fashion items that will be available in January at http://www.obakki.com/index.html, as well as select stores across North America. The Obakki Foundation, found here, will be giving 100% of proceeds directly to the orphanage; every dollar raised will help these children. Each piece in the Obakki Foundation collection showcases a different series of words and phrases written by the kids themselves. Because of the children, every item sold will create a positive change. What an empowering cause!)
