Outstanding Photography!

(The introduction of another medium with photography really appeals to me. There is so much to absorb in each of these photographs, I can only imagine the incredibly moving stories associated with each. All images are from a truly talented photographer, Peter Beard via Art and Commerce. Following is an excerpt of this incredibly talented artist's bio: "Peter Beard has described his unique image-making style as “escapism through collage, books, diaries, and anthropology." Beard’s African experiences, particularly in Kenya, are central to his photographs and are often combined with drawing and painting.

In Peter Beard: 50 Years of Portraits, published in 1999, the scope of his photography is richly presented; intricate collages are shown alongside classical portrait photographs. Views and stories from Africa are combined with portraits of cultural figures in Beard's circle of friends and collaborators, including Andy Warhol, the Kennedys and the Rolling Stones.")
