Belated Weekend Signoff :)
(.. left quickly on Friday night for a winery tour of Prince Edward County in Ontario, Canada and had no time to post my weekend signoff... have since returned and am happily exhausted and looking forward to Thanksgiving dinners tonight and tomorrow!

Favorite Color Combination - From the Right Bank to the Left Coast
{Hello, I'm alek from From the Right Bank to the Left Coast and I was thrilled when Linda invited me to participate in this series as color is one of my favorite topics. I seem to have a new favorite color combination every other week but the one that I always come back to is black and white. My entire wardrobe is practically black and white, I collect black and white photography and it's now starting to make its way into my home. To me, it's classic, oh so Chanel, and completely timeless.}

BTW, you may be interested to know that Canadian scientists have become the first in the world to decode the DNA of breast cancer cells, and have discovered, to their surprise, that the gene mutations in those tumours shift as the disease spreads. The discovery has significant importance in the treatment of patients. Congratulations to Dr. Sam Aparicio and Dr. Marco Marra of the B.C. Cancer Agency's Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre.
