Elementary school accidentally shows porn

A hardcore pornographic movie was accidentally screened at PS 17 in Brooklyn, N.Y., school officials said.

Students from five classes at the school had assembled to watch "Camp Rock," a Disney Channel movie starring the Jonas Brothers, but after a teacher powered up the DVD player and walked away to get the Disney movie, a skin flick began to play, the New York Post reported Sunday.

The students, some as young as 5-years-old, were exposed to 45-seconds of sex acts in the incident late last month, the newspaper said.

"My son told his friend he saw a naked lady at school," said Rona Easton, whose 6-year-old son, Cass, viewed the snippet with his kindergarten class. "I thought he was just being silly. It's appalling."

Principal Robert Marchi sent home a letter to parents the day of the incident.

"A very explicit pornographic video came on the screen," Marchi wrote. "This was extremely upsetting to the students and staff members in attendance. ... I am deeply sorry that this episode took place at PS 17. I know that we will make every effort to find out who was responsible for this despicable act."

Baby born with 12 fingers, 12 toes

A baby born in San Francisco has six perfectly formed and functional fingers and toes on his hands and feet, say doctors at Saint Luke's Hospital.

Kamani Hubbard's extra digits look so normal they weren't noticed at first, said his mother, Miryoki Gross, of Daly City.

Extra digits run in the father's side of the family, said dad Kris Hubbard, but none have been so perfectly developed.

Kris Hubbard himself had nubs of sixth fingers removed as a child because they were non-functioning, reported KTVU-TV, San Francisco. That won't be the case with his son, born three weeks ago, because Kamani's fingers and toes function perfectly, said Dr. Michael Treece.

"It's merely an interesting and beautiful variation rather than a worrisome thing," said Treece. "Imagine what sort of a pianist a 12-fingered person would be" or flamenco guitarist or typist, he said.

"I just want him to see what greatness will be in store for him," said Kris Hubbard, noting famous polydactyly people include former Florida Marlins' pitcher Antonio Alfonseca and the late blues guitarist Hound Dog Taylor.

Hoax Bigfoot was filled with road kill

Two Georgia men who claimed to possess the body of a slain Sasquatch said the mythical beast was actually a Bigfoot costume filled with road kill.

Rick Dyer and Matt Whitton, a former police officer who was fired once the hoax was exposed, said the Bigfoot scam was a joke and they never intended their story to become as sensational as it did, WSBTV, Atlanta, reported Thursday.

"All this was a big joke. It got into something way bigger than it was supposed to be," Whitton said.

The men said the item they had claimed was Bigfoot's corpse was actually nothing more than a costume filled with opossum road kill and leftovers from a slaughterhouse.

However, Whitton said he disagrees with Clayton County Police Department Chief Jeff Turner's decision to fire him on the grounds that the hoax affects his credibility.

"I don't believe it does affect my credibility at all because this is Bigfoot," said Whitton. "It would be one thing if I came out and said that I had something else that is tangible or real, but right now, as far as I'm concerned, there is no real Bigfoot."

Man accidentally cuts off own penis

A 54-year-old carpenter in Wantage, England, accidentally cut off his own penis while working with a saw, his mother says.

Stuart Keen's mother, Edna, told The Sunday Telegraph her son had been cutting wood for a cabinet when the saw inflicted the horrific injury. Surgeons were able to reattach the severed appendage, she said.

"Stuart is a carpenter and uses sharp and sometimes dangerous tools," Keen's mother said.

"This was an unfortunate accident but these things happen all the time to people in his profession."

A South Central Ambulance Service spokesman said paramedics found him bleeding in his bathtub.

"I have spoken to him and he is quite embarrassed about the whole incident," Keen's mother told the Telegraph.
